Privacy Policy

Download requests collect your name, email, chosen platform and optional phone number to deliver access and respond to enquiries. Account services process your email, a password hash, verification and session records, subscription status and activity timestamps to authenticate you, manage access and prevent abuse. We also receive information you choose to send to support.

Saved broker credentials are encrypted in the desktop app's local vault. Recorded market data, journals, strategies and saved research are stored locally. Broker authentication and trading requests transmit the information needed to your selected broker. An optional configured IP relay also handles requests routed through it; the relay operator and configuration determine that connection's handling. Local storage does not mean every feature operates offline.

The app sends diagnostic and feature-usage events, including app version, operating system, error category and an installation identifier, to help diagnose failures and understand usage. Diagnostic messages are sanitised on the device; they are not intended to contain broker credentials or trade contents. The installation identifier can be linked to your account and is therefore not anonymous. Account activity is also recorded when access is checked.

If you enable cloud alerts, the service stores the instrument, condition, target level and label you supply so it can evaluate and deliver the alert. Avoid putting sensitive information in alert labels.

When you use JARVIS, your conversation and relevant tool results are sent through your ChatGPT session to the AI provider. This can include trading context returned by a tool. Your broker, AI provider, configured relay, hosting, email and any payment provider each receive information needed for their part of the service. Their own privacy terms also apply. These services may process information outside India.

The website uses browser storage for preferences and account functionality. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses and request information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We use access controls, encrypted transport and password hashing; no system can guarantee complete security. We do not sell personal information.

Account, subscription and support records are retained as needed to provide the service, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. The diagnostic service is configured to prune error and feature-usage records older than 30 days during housekeeping; this is not an immediate deletion guarantee. Authentication and anti-abuse records have separate expiry and cleanup rules. Local files remain on your device until you remove them; deleting an account does not erase your local archive or records held independently by your broker.

You can choose whether to use JARVIS, a relay or cloud alerts, and remove cloud alerts through the app. To request access to, correction of or deletion of account information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern, email us from your registered address. We may verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Turning off an optional feature does not itself delete earlier records.
