QuantumCat provides trading and analysis software. It is not a stock broker, investment adviser or research analyst and is not registered with SEBI. Funds and securities remain with your broker. You are responsible for maintaining a valid brokerage account, API access, required permissions and compliance with your broker's and exchange's applicable rules.

Use the software only for accounts and data you are authorised to access. Protect your credentials and do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, redistribute proprietary software without permission or interfere with other users. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

You decide whether to place an order, enable automation or act on an analysis. Check the account, instrument, quantity, price and mode before confirming. Market data, calculations, backtests and AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Connectivity, broker systems and market conditions can prevent execution, cancellation or exit. Paper results and past performance do not guarantee live results or profit.

The current founder plan is free. Broker, data, connectivity and AI subscriptions may have separate charges from their providers. Any future paid QuantumCat plan will state its price, billing period, cancellation and refund conditions before purchase; joining free access does not authorise a future charge. There is no QuantumCat subscription fee to refund on the free plan. For a billing concern, contact us with the transaction reference. Nothing here removes rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Features and availability depend on your platform, broker and external services. Updates may change functionality. Keep backups of local data and review release information. Third-party names identify integrations and do not imply an endorsement or partnership. Broker, AI and other third-party services are governed by their respective agreements.

Business integrations, branding, licensing, service levels and pilot scope require a separate written agreement. A partnership enquiry does not establish exchange empanelment, regulatory approval or a production deployment commitment.

Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Material changes will be dated here and communicated through an appropriate product or account channel. For questions or grievances:
